£40,000 - £70,000 Base Salary + Commissions + Benefits

For years a monopoly was held in certain areas of Cyber Security and in particular Identity & Access management, but over the years, space has been made to pave way for new players in the market.
The organisation I am representing are well placed on the Gartner Magic quadrant for Identity & Access Management, after establishing their presence in the European market over the past years, they are now at a tipping point, where they are replicating their success in Europe, into the UK and US markets.
They have won their biggest deal in the companies history, in the UK region, and are ramping up their Growth efforts, and looking to build an Ace Sales team, with a Consultative led approach to Sales.
This Individual would have a great understanding of the UK market, target accounts, who utilises what Technology? Etc. and ideally would be well versed selling Identity & Access Management, or other Cyber Security Software.
The Hiring Manager, has a coaching approach to management, and is a big believer in training & Development, it is important that this individual has an appetite to grow and develop their skill set further (we are not looking for the "Finished article" here.)
Above all is the hunger to succeed, and become an expert in the field of Identity & Access Management.
