Northeast Sales:
Role Overview

  • The position will require creative lead generation and opportunity development to engage new customers that align with our practice consultancies.
  • You use our databases and information sources to find appropriate contacts and contact information
  • You develop prospect lists and work collaboratively with marketing to generate email blasts
  • You initiate solution oriented conversations with potential prospects
  • You conduct appropriate sales follow up to keep prospects warm
  • You learn, understand, and clearly articulate the value proposition of our firm
  • You utilize our pre-sales team in a productive manner to build customer interest in our IAM consulting expertise


Role Accountability

  • You achieve/exceed quarterly quotas (activity, sales, new customers)
  • You generate future quantifiable pipeline
  • You establish and maintain relationships
  • You learn through virtual training content and become fluent in understanding and communicating our market value
  • You effectively utilize tools such as CRM, lead databases, and our marketing tools to build the business
  • You develop solid written client communications and verbally articulate our business value
  • You expand the region and develop the market


Our expectations

  • You have a Bachelors' Degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent with 2+ years successful experience in inside or outside sales
  • You have strong computer skills including CRM and common desktop applications
  • You have exceptional communication skills, are self-directed and achieve goals without a lot of supervision
  • You understand and manage campaigns to develop new leads
  • You have a good knowledge of IT and, preferably, cyber-security
  • You have a track-record of success, are motivated and success-oriented
