Northeast Sales:
Role Overview
- The position will require creative lead generation and opportunity development to engage new customers that align with our practice consultancies.
- You use our databases and information sources to find appropriate contacts and contact information
- You develop prospect lists and work collaboratively with marketing to generate email blasts
- You initiate solution oriented conversations with potential prospects
- You conduct appropriate sales follow up to keep prospects warm
- You learn, understand, and clearly articulate the value proposition of our firm
- You utilize our pre-sales team in a productive manner to build customer interest in our IAM consulting expertise
Role Accountability
- You achieve/exceed quarterly quotas (activity, sales, new customers)
- You generate future quantifiable pipeline
- You establish and maintain relationships
- You learn through virtual training content and become fluent in understanding and communicating our market value
- You effectively utilize tools such as CRM, lead databases, and our marketing tools to build the business
- You develop solid written client communications and verbally articulate our business value
- You expand the region and develop the market
Our expectations
- You have a Bachelors' Degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent with 2+ years successful experience in inside or outside sales
- You have strong computer skills including CRM and common desktop applications
- You have exceptional communication skills, are self-directed and achieve goals without a lot of supervision
- You understand and manage campaigns to develop new leads
- You have a good knowledge of IT and, preferably, cyber-security
- You have a track-record of success, are motivated and success-oriented
