How you'll Provide positive impact:
·Build partnerships with both client executives and working groups
·Advise and develop client Identity strategies based on a client's specific industry, problems, and culture
·On assigned engagements act as primary point of contact for strategic partnerships
·Develop and maintain knowledge around Identity trends, vendor features (partners and competition), and Identity integrations
·Provide advisory documentation on engagements (e.g., executive presentations, status check points, kickoff presentations, requirements, use cases, gap analysis, vendor scorecards, various matrices to support IAM concepts, findings, RACIs, project plans, etc.)
·Work with and coach strategic analysts, consultants, and teams
Secondary job functions:
·Enablement of sales team - pitch decks, simplified scoping/estimate generation, and Identity education
·Support pull through sales when applicable:
·Work with Regional Sales Director to advise prospective clients on identity strategy
·Support presales and Sales Director in creation of the Estimate & SOW generation for services opportunities
·Message our value proposition
·Support our marketing campaigns with clients, conferences, and partner channels
·Partner with delivery leaders to ensure:
·Identity strategy continues into implementation
·Consistent delivery methodology (always looking for efficiencies)
Preferred Experience
In this role you will need to empathize with a client's problems and articulate how you personally and our company have solved similar problems while also customizing solutions where necessary, leveraging your:
·3+ Years Professional Services, Consulting or self-contracting experience
·3-8 years of Identity experience in multiple Identity ecosystems (IGA, Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), etc.) whether through consulting or corporate
·3-8 years of Information Technology Experience
·Experience with IAM solutions and technology vendors including but not limited to: SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp, and SecZetta
As we sell people/process solutions (services) you are expected to have experience:
·Owning, consulting on and/or implementing large scale engagements
·Working with executives to drive engagement buy-in
·Providing value proposition to various audiences
Optional Experience
·3-8 years of Identity experience in multiple Identity ecosystems (IGA, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, etc.) whether through consulting or corporate
·3-8 years of Information Technology Experience, including the ability to understand architectural diagrams, network diagrams, data flow diagrams and other inputs
·Experience with IAM solutions and technology vendors including but not limited to: SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, HashiCorp, and SecZetta
·Experience with enterprise directory systems including Active Directory(AD), Azure Active Directory, LDAP or other directory services.
·Professional Services Experience, especially with larger professional services and consulting firms
