What You Will Do :

The Okta Engineer will support a high-paced client environment. The Okta Engineer will be responsible for configuring and maintaining of Okta as cloud-based authentication platform and identity provider for federal clients in collaboration with other experienced Okta Engineers.
What You Will Need:
Minimum 5 years managing large IT security projects including cost, schedule, and performance
Experience configuring Okta as an enterprise identity provider solution
Strong knowledge of Okta including features, integrations, and architecture
Experience leveraging Okta APIs to construct calls for required tasks
Experience leveraging of PowerShell scripts and their application for Okta
Understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML 2.0 or OAuth
Experience with integration of applications and directories with cloud-based multi-factor authentication platforms
Broad knowledge of cybersecurity threats and mitigating IT solutions
Experience developing cybersecurity policies
Experience with online research techniques
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, systems engineering, or relevant field
US Citizenship
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Okta Certified Professional, Administrator, Consultant, Developer, and/or Architect certifications
Experience following established software development standards and procedures and contribute towards their improvement
Familiarity with SDLC process, including designing and developing applications
Broad knowledge of information system technologies with willingness to learn new technologies
Experience with cloud provider services (AWS or Azure) and understanding of DevSecOps tools and processes
Strong understanding of IAM principles and how to implement them in an enterprise solution
Public Trust Clearance

Compensation may vary based on education, skills, experience and location.
Client meetings may be required in-person.
This is an exempt level role that may require more than 40 hours of work per week.
Selected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours.
The annual salary range for this position is $74,100.00-$148,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
